The pools was super dirty cigarettes buds, hair , bugs 🐛. Management didnt even tried all he did was turn on the pump amd walked away ..the rooms werent prep hair ,dirty towels we folded n put back..... the ice machine broken or atleatsbthe signed says .... typical Management thats greets u with a smile as u pay then turn cold shoulder when the payment was made ....

the rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were helpful. the front desk folks were okay. but there was never any ice . only one machine was available for three floors and the entire other building. needless to say, there was no ice. even that machine was running but it wasn't making any ice . it's hot af in bullhead city and ya need ice!

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the floors were NOT clean. No hand towels. No bar of soap to wash hands. The sink and bathtub did NOT drain well (standing water during shower, and standing water when using the sink that took ages to drain). Damage to a wall near the bathroom sink. Huge gap at the bottom of the door; we could hear everyone walk by, and many yellowed down the hallway, disturbing our sleep. Pillows were old and tired (linens were clean!), but the maid changed the pillows for us and was very kind. The ice machine (in hallway) worked and was appreciated. Expensive for a cheap motel! $208 for one night!!!!

This place doesn't deserve any stars. My family and I checked in and we've had issues with our key cards not working multiple times. The blinds were half gone. The bedding didn't look like it had been changed at all. The floors aren't even mopped because my feet started looking dirty after I had showered. The showerhead isn't on right because it's spraying water on the ceiling and has been creating a bubble in the paint for who knows how long. When we were told to just wait for housekeeping to knock on the door for more towels they didn't until 4 hours later after we asked even though they were just down the hallway. The first room walking into the hotel room didn't have any couches or furniture what so ever. When sanitizing our desk we wiped away a lot of dirt off of it. The price of the room changes every night and gets more expensive. For the first night it was $79 then it was $90 and then it was $100. The staff is constantly on their phones and the manager is very rude. I would never recommend this place to my friends or family with how unsanitary and rude these people are.
