Nothing like being sold a different phone than talked about. Then once I realized it and went back in I was laughed at (with another customer also laughing) and called sneaky! That was absolutely humiliating!!!

Bought 4 phones there and have had nothing but problems with 3 of 4 phones. One had a broken charger, one will not connect to data or internet. They gave us a wireless speaker that does not work. Never again. Most rude staff when we came back to get assistance to rectify issues. 2 women working there did not have name tags and would not give names when asked and said they didn't have names and uninstalled/disabled things on our phone without permission. Calling corporate.

Has this store ripped anyone else off the sold me a headset for 70 dollars that never worked and they wouldn’t return it or replace it with another.
