Since they put the self check out register I have been double charged from my last three purchases. The first time they blamed lightning on it and I was charged 36.50 twice. I am now owed $108.25 total for double charges. They are always on the phone in this store. The manager is usually on her phone, when she’s not, she’s busy gossiping to the other employees about customers. I assume she’s the manager because she takes the parking spot closest to the door even though this has more elderly people than any of your other stores in this town. Very rude. Didn’t want to talk to me about the overcharges, did not bother to even look at my receipts or my print out, after she was done with her rude attitude she told me to call my bank. You all have lost my family’s business. Oh… And they are always out of ice, if ice is your thing in a fountain soda, don’t waste your time and don’t waste your time becoming a monthly member because they always have a sign up that they are out of ice. They tell me they are always out. Signs are always up on both sides of the fountain machine.

Fascinating that there’s always three people in the store but only one cashier working and one register open. The line gets wrapped around the store, for whatever reason, I don’t know. The last few months this has been the slowest line of any store I’ve been in on the entire East Coast. I’ve been coming to the store for years, but I’m done now. It’s hard to get gas because people are out the door in line from the store. and because they’re so slow inside now, there’s nowhere to park not even to get in line for gas. The store is never stocked. They are out of everything. Coffee machine is normally empty or filthy. Newspapers are always a mess, I’m probably one of the last few people that actually buys those but I never get a full newspaper. I can go on and on. Zero stars. Go up the street or go to Wawa, but whatever you do stay away from the store because you were only waste your time

Cashier seems to think it's perfectly fine to answer their cell phones when dealing with customers. 100% rude! You could have called granda back.
