One of the better panda expresses out there I got there when it was super busy but the line was moving fast and the food came out fresh, the beef brocolli and teriyaki chicken had so much flavor and the super greens were delicious and not bland like some other locations everyone was also really polite at this location

Call them. If they were closed when you got home, call the next business day as soon as they open. Give them an opportunity to rectify their mistake.
oh my no i have never experienced anything like that how horrible. Sometimes staff could forget the value of washing their hands but no I have never experienced anything like this.
