The store is clean so that’s why I give 2 stars. The customer service is not good. I stood in line and watched the cashier engage in conversation with the two people ahead of me, but when I got to the register DAKOTA was dead silent. She didn’t ask how I was or if I wanted to use walgreen rewards like she did for the previous customers. I would really hate to bring skin color into this but that was the only difference between the previous customers and I. I really hope they retrain Dakota because she needs it.

I am giving them one star because this is the only way I can write this review. The customer service in this pharmacy is probably the worst in the state. Just like most of the reviews on here, their service is very very poor, uncaring, unknowledgeable, provides wrong information, unprofessional, and the list goes on. I do not recommend this store location. Do not go here and send your prescription elsewhere!!!

Not helpful and not knowledgeable on medication. The pharmacy is rude and does not care about there customers. I have been waiting 3wks for medication and talked to 4 different people. Even the manger does not seem to care if you get your medicine. Go to CVS!

This is probably the worst pharmacy in Gainesville, Fl. My doctor transmitted my prescription to them Wednesday morning. I went Friday afternoon to pick them up. Upon my arrival I was told the wait time would be 20 minutes. How long should it take to find them and ring them up? It turns out they had no filled them. How long does it take to count some pills? If I counted them it would take 5 minutes. After more than an hour I found the store manager, she said she would find out what the delay was. When they said my prescription was ready I was informed by the pharmacist that they could not fill one of the prescriptions. Why did they not tell me at the beginning? I will find another pharmacy. Do not use them unless you have days and hours to waste waiting!
