I’d give this gym 10 stars if I could. It may not have all the extra bells and whistles of the larger gyms, but it has everything that you need. I’ve been a regular there for a couple years, and the facility is always clean, (no typical locker room smell).😝. The equipment is modern, in great condition, no overcrowding. Just as important is the staff— Therese in personal/group training is exceptional. Her genuine caring and motivation has helped me achieve and maintain a 45 pound weight loss and improved overall health! I recommend you at least check it out — oh and did I mention it’s open “ANYTIME” ?

Bri is the best manager ever. Very interested in your success. She is a huge improvement over previous Manager. Gym staff should be on site before 10am.
