I have been waiting almost a year for UIA to take care of my protest and nothing have been done yet. I've called every week since last March to get this handled. I can't even get paid for my job laying us off work because of this. I will be going to this place on Monday. No one is helping me on the phone.

Made an appointment was in and out in 10 mins the gentleman was very nice ,had an identity issue for a month. Left there and my 4 weeks were in my account the next day.

Because all offices are closed. Everyone is working remotely. Also they turn the chat and phone lines off. Now even the governor has the phone lines off. Good luck
