Road in and out is so full of potholes that the extreme number of speed bumps are definitely not necessary.

Very clean place, homes look good, and the lake is nice.

This park is very expensive to live in , dumpy trailers and 700 dollar plus in rent ! Then add in propane and shared electric of $140 and your at about $1000/ month. To much for a park model trailer.
