I had the most horrible customer service I received at Amazing Lash Studio in Coconut Creek Promenade with Jasmine. If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked my lash appointment for 09/14/22 12pm. I get there 15 minutes early as they recommended to do my paperwork. After I finish my paperwork, my lash technician “Jasmine” comes out to greet me and walk me to the room. She asks what kind of lashes I’m looking for and I show her a picture of the lashes I wanted. She states that she can do them and then I mention to her that I have straight lashes instead of curled lashes so she recommended I get the volume lashes instead because they will last longer and stick. She said individual lashes will last 1-2 weeks. If someone is paying that much for lashes 1 week a ridiculous! Jasmine states she’s been doing this for a long time and knows what’s best. There’s a huge difference between what you think is best and what the customer wants. After being hesitant about the volume lashes, I tell her okay maybe I can do that volume after she showed me the lashes. Jasmine then tries to tell me it is a $45 upgrade for the volume. I tell her no it’s okay then and that I prefer the lashes I showed her then since it was what I originally wanted. Jasmine continues to go back and forth with me after I repeatedly told her I didn’t want them. Jasmine then question me, “Is money a problem? I tell her no. She then asks who’s paying for my lashes? Your husband or mother and I tell her myself. Are these questions necessary? Customers pay for a service. I proceeded to lay down and she tells me ok my choice in lashes won’t last because of my straight lashes. As she is putting eye patches on my eyes, I noticed Jasmine didn’t bother to clean my lashes at all. Super unsanitary! Not even 5 minutes go by, Jasmine states “I’m sorry I can’t do your lashes they’re not sticking”. I tell her “What do you mean they aren’t sticking?” Jasmine then started to blame on my natural lashes that because they are straight she can’t do them and says the only way she can do them is if I get volume lashes. 1) Jasmine is supposed to be a TRAINED lash technician and she doesn’t know the first step. Ridiculous! 2) Jasmine purposely did not want to do my lashes because I did not want to go with the upgraded lashes. 3) Jasmine didn’t even clean my lashes. She could’ve gave me an infection with cleanliness. 4) I should not have to pay extra for lashes I don’t want because my lashes won’t stick? How does that make sense? 5) Jasmine did not disclose prices for volume lashes until after. I have gotten my lashes done before and never had an issue and my lashes lasted almost a whole month. I ask Jasmine if she can get me someone else that can do it. She proceeded to go to the front of the store and while I’m in the room, I can hear Jasmine talking bad behind the customer’s back. Very unprofessional. She comes back in and stated no one can do my lashes until 2 hours later. I tell them that I can’t come back later because I wasn’t able to. They tell me I can reschedule. I let them know it’s okay. I asked both Jasmine and the front desk girl if my card will get charged if I never got the service done. They both stated NO. Never have I ever received such horrible customer service from someone who is supposed to be a professional. Jasmine should definitely go back to taking lash classes if she can’t do lashes as a professional. You should always make sure you make the customer happy not go back and forth and then tell someone you can’t do it after they tell you they don’t want to pay extra. JASMINE was incredibly rude and the way she talks to and about customers is unbelievable. I went in and left maybe 20 minutes after only for her to tell me she can’t do my lashes. Stay away very unprofessional!!!! Would not recommend to anyone. If you need your lashes done, go anywhere but here. Jasmine, you should be ashamed for your horrible service you represent for your company and you as a professional.

I was very happy with this one especially minutes away from home . However once you start seeing the in/out of the locations didn’t felt so great ! This is the promenade mall location in coconut creek 4525 Lyons Rd suit F111 coconut creek 33073 and yes you have my name . It’s was also on the cc you charge ! 1.- during summer like lots of moms that have their kids almost all of the time . Brought my kid (she knows the deal to sit down and wait . Next to me . I was told I couldn’t bring my kid to the room even if that she could sit down on lounge and wait for me 1 1/2 hour -alone … I mean why would I leave my 7 year old alone ? So long story short my appointment was cancel because I refuse to leave my kid alone . No regards for kids I guess correct ! I know nobody will watch her ! 2.- once you start scheduling and pay the monthly + master stylist it’s comes the same like you are getting a full set every 2 weeks … btw they just book me with a master stylist the 2nd time after promo without my request . They didn’t mention you are paying extra … 3.- after starting to come back from since I’m don’t have my kid! I requested the front lady to give me options since I don’t see to good to pay for membership since I wasn’t even doing the monthly visit. She said ok no problem . Just pay your for service today since you have sessions available. And you are good 4.- 1 week later I got a call from someone telling me my cc didn’t went through and that I need to pay for 2 months membership since I haven’t been there . ( I explain) I cancel on last visit . She said no you didn’t and remember you have a contract but I’ll do you a favor and only charge you for. 1 month even if you don’t use the time now !! Whattttt. What tipe of business is this ?

Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.

For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.

We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
