We remotely trouble shot the symptoms and the Sr. Tech diagnosed our issue within minutes over the phone. Complete knowledge and professional experience. When the bike was dropped off for service, the repair order invoice was accurate and on point. The invoice had all the notes and recommendations. The bike is running strong. This is my new go-to Kawasaki dealer.
