Been a decade since I've physically been in a BB and it hasn't changed much. We were helped with the item we came for without issue. I was disappointed that there was only one ipad on display as I would have bought one if I could have compared all of them.

All in all this isn’t a bad store. I have a love hate relationship with bestbuy. They like to have all the new shiny electronics which is a weak spot for me. I want to take them home so I can play with them. But the staff here are typically nice and have fun. And they’re always wanting to help you. You know 10 feet 30 seconds ;). Meaning if you are within ten feet or 30 seconds you need to be asked the selling questions to place you into the right product. The store is clean and organized.

Best Buy...more like worst try, This company has continued to dissappoint me since circuit city went out of business. I highly only recommend using this place as an amazon show room and not purchasing anything from this establishment. The staff are often nowhere to be found, except the annoying cell phone people. Either way recommend just using them as an amazon show room.

My opinion of Best Buy has been going down as of late. It seems like whenever I go in for something specific they don't have it in stock and you have to order it. Might as well just stay home and get it on Amazon if that's the case. The employees situation is usually one of two extremes. The first being that they won't let you take 2 steps without asking if you need help. The second being you can't find anyone to help you. Where's the happy medium where I'm free to browse without being constantly bothered but I can still get help if I have questions?

For certain computers (i.e. Apple Macbooks) there is educational pricing, which can be significant. Even if it is not posted, ask. Some programs are voucher based and will require your school ID for verification. The best in your new endeavors!
Tube TV under 32" will be $25. Flat panel, LCD, Plasma, LED, smaller than 50" all $25 each. California stores do not charge a fee and stores in Connecticut and Pennsylvania do not accept TVs. If u buy a TV from them and have it delivered they will pick up your old one for $14.99, or pick up from your home without any purchase for $99.99
