Be careful renting from this enterprise location. Verified with enterprise that all I needed was my license and debit card because I was in there system from prior rentals with the same address for 10 years. 4 hours before pickup the hanover store calls and informs me they need paystubs , utility bills and insurance info. I now have no rental car for this weekend because there is not enough time between work and there closing time of 5 to gather all the paperwork. I will not use enterprise or the hanover location again for any further rentals. Glad I didn't show up like the corporate representative said and had no way to get home.

Ok in a pinch. Do not pick up

Very rude customer service. The guy working shouldn't even have a job that requires customer service. Then because he got a reply back to his sarcastic rude comment, he told us to get out he wasn't renting a car to us. No problem, our money was good elsewhere

Had to get a bunch of maintenance done on my daily driver. Failed to pick me up at Jeep Dealership. Instead of calling while I waited in the parking lot, they inquired inside about my appointment time and left (weird and poor critical thinking skills). Then they insised I drive a dodge charger after renting an economical car, because that's the brand where my car was being serviced. And no, this wasn't covered by insurance. Obviously a poor attempt to upsell me. The problem is i had to get really firm with the man and let him know clearly "that wasn't part of the equation". When i rent a car i dont want to be hassled and there has to be some reliability for pick up appointments. This was an unacceptable encounter and this location goes to the bottom of the pecking order to get my business.

You'd have to call for latest policy. They used to have hourly rates but with Covid they started having minimum times (two days). May have changed back now, I never need an hourly so not much help.
I would say yes to all of the above. However, after they bring the car or come get you then you will have to go back to the office to complete paperwork, provide a copy of your drivers lisc and to run your credit card.
If you have 2 utility bills with your current address, I believe that they will. It's been a while so I can't say if it's still true.
