After a horrible experience at another Rite Aid location, I had my mother's prescriptions transferred here because they had pill packs and could deliver. The pill packs were 4 different cards, making it very confusing. They are only supposed to be on one to make it less complicated for the user, in this case, an 87 year old. Some of the medications were not in the correct spots. Also, they were hard to open and my mother was unable to access her medications easily. We ended up having to take them out and put them in her pill box. The idea was to avoid this. I finally had enough and had the prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy that isn't Rite Aid. The pharmacist at this location had the nerve to call me and scold me and tell me not to come back to any Rite Aid. Don't worry, I don't plan to. Filing a complaint with the corporate office. Who knows if that will make a difference. I suspect that is why Rite Aid is in such bad shape.

This Rite Aid location is kinda small, but the employees are amazing! They're always willing to help me find odd items. They even helped me apply a coupon after making a purchase and remembering that I had the coupon at the last second. They're super helpful at this location!
