My granddaughter woke up at (am with chest pains. She 21 and was very scared. She didn't tell her grandmother until about 10:30 am. Her grandparents took her to the er at St Elizabeth in Dearborn County Indiana at about 11am. They were treated so bad by the white-headed registration person. They did ekg on my granddaughter and put us in a room and said they will come and get her you just have to wait your turn. Granddaughter couldn't breathe so I told the person at the desk, and she was very rude and said she is breathing. Finally, my husband ask that woman if the results were back and see said yes, so he said we would like to know what they were and she said now what did I tell you. She treated him like he was a 2year old child. She was very rude from the time we got there until we walked out telling her we were leaving. I told her I was going to report to the director and I ask for her name because it was covered and she said I don't have to give you my name and covered her name plate. We will never be back. We came there because we needed emergency help and not provided with nothing but a really bad attitude. She needs a little more training. Got there at 11:30 and left at 12:15. People go there because they are sick, not to be treated like idiots. By the way we took my granddaughter to another one of your facilities and they were very kind caring and professional. I would travel a little more distance than to be treated like that. They found out that my granddaughter has an irregular heart beat. 06/12/2022

I had an over night stay because of pancreatits(SEVERE pain!!) and they thought I might have to get my gallbladder removed.I guess there is no gall stones so the doctor says he has no idea why I have pancreatitis. He said the antibiotics were working but the pancreatitis was still very present so they would probably keep me another night. They couldn't get any blood from me to check it again, the phlebotomist said she would send someone else up to try, then all of a sudden I'm being discharged with no antibiotics and no pain meds. What a joke!! On a side note, the nurses were pretty good.

My daughter had to wait 2 months for an appointment to get a prenatal checkup and when she called to confirm the appointment the lady told her she couldn't bring her daughter in the waiting room. My daughter told her she didn't have a …

Way too small to accommodate the needs of the area. Glad St. E purchased the antiquated Highpoint Health and hoping they will expand, possibly creating a L2 trauma center that will accommodate the areas needs (rural areas; difficult for travel in an emergency to L1 trauma centers in Indianapolis/OH/KY. Hopefully they also bring some much needed diversity and inclusion in the area.
