Ad pictures makes it looks really nice, but once you get here you second guess yourself. Right off the bat is the smell. A cross between old ness and weed. Then the room. The toilet bad a solid black water ring in it and dirty shower. You can tell no deep cleaning hasn't been done. Dingy towels. Had to go to Walmart and buy new towels and disinfectant spray. The wall outlets are worn out. Didn't have full rolls of toilet paper. Had to get from the front desk. Ad says cable TV. Only 5 channels. Could go on with other issues but will not stay again.

Positive: The staff we very nice Negative: The bed was extremely hard the television was small the bathroom seat was broken and the handicap shower seat was not secure. I booked a king size bed and got a double bed instead

Positive: Location is the only decent thing. And only because it's near stores, but its not in a safe or clean area. The girl working at front desk was very kind and helpful. Very sweet hard-working mom/woman. Negative: We used to come here all the time, but now remember why we stopped. Room was dirty looking, cracks everywhere in thr bathroom, hair dryer didn't work, ac sounded like a helicopter about to crash, the beds are so old and bent up I was so disgusted.

It appeared to be clean. Until we went to bed and cut off all the lights. I was bitten by two bed bugs that was laying on my pillow. I took pictures and management to pictures. They reimbursed our money. Was very happy about that. I will never go back to this hotel again!!!!!😡
