Don't book or stay here.You can see holes in curtains or "sheers" as the Maneger corrected me, with no plans to fix them. See pictures.Smelled like old smoke when I walked in. And check in attempt was horrible, so I left. They charged me for first night and they couldn't even check me in. I'll be fighting that. Asked to see room and sure enough holes in "sheers "

Kathy at the front desk needs to find another job. She is rude, nasty, and unbelievably unprofessional. Tina is AWESOME, however. Were it not for her wonderful customer service, this trip would have been a disaster. That being said, the vending machine was empty, ice machine is broken, the pool and fitness center are closed, but the building doors dont close all the way.... This hotel has seen better days.

Other than the friendly front desk staff there is nothing redeeming about this hotel. The carpet was so filthy that it turned the bottoms of our socks black. There was water puddling under areas of the carpet that we had to avoid when walking to the bathroom. There were ants crawling all over food that had been left near the window. It was disgusting.

We waited over a hour to check-in. I know they were short staffed. The room was very outdated. It had no elevator. So we had to walk upstairs because smoking is upstairs. We did enjoy Washington.
