Questions & Answers

Is it "normal" to wait in the drive through for all eternity before some one takes your order? They told me that the sensor doesn't always notify them that a person is at the drive thru to place an order. THEN GET IT FIXED!

This is THE WORST Starbucks I've ever been to! Just get rid of it!! I wait in line for 40 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. This location is definitely giving Starbucks a bad name

Long wait in drive thru. Never heard about the tea order I want. I just traveled up and down state of California and all Starbucks have it minus Delano Starbucks? It’s the Chamomile tea?
