Can the farm reinforce the rules they have for covid? I was there just last night and a number of guest were not wearing mask nor following social distancing rules and only putting them on when they encountered staff or at admissions. It wasnt safe.
Armand Cervera | Feb 19, 2021
Live Oak Canyon Farm (Owner) | Feb 20, 2021
Thanks for sharing your concern Armand! We are working hard to enforce Covid requirements, but as you see people do not always cooperate, except when a staff member is near. Since we are a very large farm it is difficult to police everyone especially since this is the first year we've ever had to do anything like that. We are also encouraging guests to visit on less busy days and times. Saturday evenings are the most busy, but if you come during the day on the weekends or on a weekday evening you will find it is not crowded.

Can you tell me if you still have the ride there with the ATV's??? My grandson loved that ride and I just want to make sure before I drive all the wayout there.
We are open every day through Halloween and then we close for most of November until we open for Christmas Season right after Thanksgiving through Christams eve.
They are a business, which means they are trying to turn a profit. Have you paid attention to the number of people they are employing? Not to mention they are really only making money 2 months out of the year. Plus many people feel it's a worthwhile purchase since thousands attend each Halloween.
Yes we do not have any stairs or hills. But keep in mind we are a farm and the ground is dirt or mulch covered. Most of the paths are well worn and we have lots of visitors in wheelchairs and strollers.
I went yesterday and admission cost only gives you access to the farm's pumpkin patch. You need to purchase additional tickets if you want to get on any rides, play games, or get close to the animals.
I am looking for activities to do this Fall, and I am just curious, what kind of Covid precautions are being taken here? I feel fairly safe here anyway due to it being out doors, but are there any sanitizer stations and is mask wearing required?
Emilie Ann Quintero | Oct 22, 2021
Live Oak Canyon Farm (Owner) | Oct 23, 2021
Thanks for asking! We are complying with the county and state guidelines and recommending unvaccinated people wear masks but we are not enforcing it. We will have hand washing and hand sanitizer available at all the bathrooms and the Petting Zoo entrance. We did not have any reported cases of employees or visitors getting sick last year and feel confident that our large outdoor space allows for social distancing. As an all outdoor venue the likelihood of catching COVID is far less than visiting a grocery store or restaurant. But we encourage all our visitors to decide what is best for them. We also recommend people come during the week or before 2pm on the weekends to avoid crowds and the admission costs less.

Price range on Christmas trees anyone?
Barbie Bundy | Feb 20, 2019
Ron Venezia | Feb 21, 2019
Alot. Last year we paid 150 for a pre cut noble fir. Same tree elsewhere is typically 90. The only reason we still buy a tree from there us they seem to last longer, because of being kept under shade, and water.
51 tickets for 40 dollars is the pack I bought. But they have another for 20 and 100 dollars. I believe you can also buy them in singles for a dollar a piece
5 dollars per person. 2 and under free. Then each ride or game is about 4-5 tickets on average. 51 tickets for 40 dollars or around 1 dollar a piece. They do have other ticket deals though
How much are the tickets & the rides? Also what kind of rides do they have
Vivian | Feb 20, 2019
Vanessa Cisneros | Feb 21, 2019
Ticket prices vary. I can't remember exactly but the cheapest one was 21 or 22 tickets for $20. Some rides will cost anywhere from 2 tickets to 8 tickets. The rides are basic rides that spin around. They're all aimed for kids. There's a corn maze, thats 8 tickets per person, there pony rides that's 10 tickets or $10. There's also a magic show
Y did the school tours cost 12 a person on a Friday if admission is free
Jessica Peres | Feb 20, 2019

Admission is $5.00 on friday. The school tours are a private tour that includes a hayride, an education on pumpkins and other things on our farm, a guided tour through the petting zoo, and feeding the goats. They also get a small pumpkin. The cost is $9.00 per person.

Update:
We went on Sat Sept 29th and parking was free.
Thank you! In years past on the soft opening or opening weekend it used to be free. After the 1st weekend there would be a small fee now prices seemed to have gone up very high.
Not sure about the "frost village hours at Oakland Yucaipa, but Live Oak Canyon Christmas Tree Farm opened on 11-24 till 12-20, Sunday to Thursday 0900 - 2000 and Friday till 2100.
They are open Halloween, October 31, but with special hours so plan accordingly. The hours for next week Tuesday will be 9am to 7pm. If you want longer hours make sure to get there over the weekend.
Parking will be difficult and will take patience but they have plenty. Give yourself plenty of time and don't do the street parking, that will only add aggravation you do not need.
Depends on what you want to do. 40$ gets you 51 tickets . The corn maze is 5 tickets each. The petting zoo is 3 tickets plus 1 for food. A bounce house is aprox 4 tickets. The zip line is 10 tickets per person. If you go tue wed or thur its free to get in otherwise i think its 3$ per person. A frozen yogurt is 6$ so if you want food add more . Also pumpkins prices are based on size so anywhere from 2$ on up.... for a family of 3 we spent about 40$ total. Maze, pettingzop, 1 ride, 1 small pumpkin and some ice cream.
Closed on Mondays. Tuesday-Thursday is free entry. Friday-Sunday, entrance fee is 5$. Ticket pricing ranges from 10-100. Rides and games are about 5-10 tickets. Wristband Tuesday is 20 for rides and unlimited rides is 25$.
They are closed on Mondays. Entry is free Tuesday-Thursday. Friday-Sunday, entry is 5 per person. Kids 2 and under are free. Parking is free. Wrist bands are offered on Tuesdays for unlimited rides (25$). Rides range from 6-10 tickets.
