I love this store. Everything I go in they are so friendly and really know there product. I was having problems with my phone charging. They looked at my phone and told me there was lint in my charging port which was probably why my phone wasn't charging. The salesman pulled out a mini tool kit and cleaned a lot of lint out of the port. After my phone charged perfect. Like I said i love this store.

I'm giving one star as a courtesy for past service. This retail location typically provides excellent service, however, today it disappointed and enraged me to the point that I entertained shopping for a new wireless carrier. I went into this location this evening because my father's 3G phone is being sundowned so Verizon sent me a replacement that I was having trouble activating. I tried to explain this to one of the sales reps who condescendingly informed me that there was a two hour wait and they would no longer see customers at this time being within approximately one hour of closing. I explained to this individual that my father has a heart problem and needs the cell phone with him at all times. I was again told no. I wasn't asking for a new phone or to shop; merely assistance with this. I then called corporate and the representative resolved my issue in less than 10 minutes in a kind professional manner. I recommend that you don't use this location.

This is an official Verizon wireless store
You can walk in, not sure how much setting up they'll do.
No you don't
They had a promotion that if you switched to Verizon you'd get a $250 gift card. Ended 11/30/19. There may be others that are current. Carriers favorite thing is getting customers from other carriers. They do more for them than they do for loyal customers
