Idk why Samantha Harvey is even working here. She has no problem contacting landlord for anything she needs . But doesn't contact tenants at all because apparently she doesn't have to . She truly shows that she only care about what the landlord says and that's it. She don't care about tenants. She tells you time to show up than when you call you either go straight to voice mail or if she even picks up she will say she never said that. This woman has serious issues. If you end up getting her SWITCH INSPECTOR . Didn't even do a proper inspection . Just took a picture and called it a day . GET RID OF HER

Samantha harpy extremely unprofessional!! She arrives to my address and has an attitude right off the rip. To top it off, she wouldn't conduct any business with me because i didn't have a mask in my own home and she left. Now i have kids and in my apartment, my ceiling is falling down. What im not understanding is, why couldn't we stand 6ft apart? Samantha harpy had her mask on so isn't her mask doing the job by keeping her safe? Funny she touched my door knob and re adjusted her mask, to me that kinda defeats the purpose, then again who am i.

Landlords are required to keep all heating, plumbing, electrical systems and appliances working. Unless the rental agreement states that the tenant is responsible, the landlord must supply running water and reasonable amounts of heat and hot water. If it is the landlord’s responsibility to provide and pay for heat, the law requires the temperature of the apartment to be at least 65 degrees at all times of the year. If problems arise with utilities supplied by the landlord, the tenant should: n first contact the landlord and then tell the land- lord the problem in writing and follow up with a call. n if the utility is not restored, contact the local Health Department or Housing Code Office. They have the power to contact the landlord and inspect the apartment. n contact the local police department. n restore the utility and deduct the cost from the rent. n after two (2) business days without a utility, get another place to live until the utility is
