I’ve used the field to let my dog run around and it’s a great area. Can’t speak for the swimming area since I’ve never used it, but baseball field and soccer field are well maintained.

Ive been there 100s of time to use various parts of the park and I'm from out of town. Dont remember if there is a basketball court or not 🤷🏻♂️
Yes I was there today and I did see people swimming in the swimming area. There were also lifeguards as well there.

Yes, however you must be a resident of wethersfield and have a pool pass. It's a great spot with limited hours. The lifeguards are too notch, friendly and responsive.
