Chassidy Cote is very rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t know how to smile. Acted like I was bothering her. Didn’t know answers to questions about apartments and rushed me out of the office. I am glad I read the reviews about the deposit being taken. I will not be applying here!

Kylie from the leasing team has been terrific to work with. She is quick to respond and very accommodating. Anytime we need something from her, she comes through. The same can be said for Mark from the maintenance team. On the day we moved in, there were some issues we noticed but he was quick to address them in a very friendly and professional manner. We have only been here for a few days but feel we are in good hands and look forward to our time here.

Like a human computer lol and she had so much patience I've heard so many good things about riversbend and my renting process was such a breeze it literally took one day to do everything easy fast and.
