Just had a birthday party at the Hadley Mall location. Amazing time,from start to finish. The party attendant was super attentive,manager was amazing,food was also great too. Everyone in our party had a great time,with plenty of lane time & arcade time. Super friendly staff,clean facility,yummy food. Would def recommend & come back again! Great value/party package deal for the money.

The place was nice and the bowling was fun. The 2 stars goes out to the girl working the counter that day. She was rude, condescending, and outright horrible to people in my party. She rolled her eyes and made one of the people in my party want to leave because of her attitude. You’d think after spending almost $50 for one game of bowling plus shoe rental the staff would be a little kinder. Next time I’ll go to a smaller non-chain bowling alley. They’ll at least appreciate my business.
