N.P. Deborah Roe basically physically assaulted me by putting a covid swab so far up my nose that I had to dig it our by pushing my fingers inside my nostrils and then but not before telling me that I was supposed to leave it in there for 10 seconds. I gagged and my nose bled she was kind enough to ask me if I was okay laughingly. I've had the pcr tests done before and I have not had any problems with it but she did not know how to do it or was out to hurt me. Both options are very disturbing and I will never let them tough me again without someone else to witness the way I am treated. I'm both discussed and distributed.

I don't know. Better call and ask.
I think she passed away at a local facility called St. Coletta, where she lived. She may have used this facility as it is the closest hospital to Jefferson, but I don't know if she was in the hospital when she passed.
There's big issue here
