You're asking a convenience store for that? Wow. I'll help you out. Put it in a small container and place it on a heater. Yeah, your house will get hot. Keep it there til you ready to go to doctors.on your way to doctors keep it under your arm pit. Method #2: 10 to 15 minutes before doctor's appointment microwave it for 10 to 15 seconds twice (10 minutes break between microwaving). Then keep it under your a pit u til you get to doctors. Do not over heat. DO NOT OVER HEAT !!!
