We are currently renting a cottage. Stains on the rug in bedroom and the closet door is off the track. Other than that spacious and has all kitchen equipment. Was clean and fresh otherwise. Went to do laundry this am and the machines only take pay pal. The front desk doesn't even carry cash which is an inconvenience. Nothing like it used to be when Andy owned it. The pool is clear and the pond is always nice. Golf carts are everywhere. So heads up if you want commercial camping. We will probably return now that we know what to expect.

Sadly I cannot write one positive thing about this experience. Save your money..Central Air has been removed. in place one ac over the kitchen sink with wires on window sills .,blinds broken . When I asked for a screen door I was told they don’t use them any more. Because Too many people walk through them .Towel rack broken draws broken .kitchen table broken , maintenance came next day to fix but not properly broke again . Sparse silverware 3 spoons .Pans old one was burnt , hole in bathroom door The worst is yet to come, huge black marks on bedroom rug which required me to go buy rug shampoo and clean rug on my hands and knees before I could unpack . Found dirty sock under bed while I was cleaning rug . Ants all over coming in through kitchen widow where ac was. Not properly lined up .When I arrived too check in and noticed all these things I went directly to office i with list of complaints ist it was 5 :55 woman took list mind you no apologies telling me maintenance would be by in am by 12 When no one had come yet I went to office . If only mng could clone a woman named Jill she was most apologetic offering to see if there was another cabin available and within 30 min maintenance was by to do the best they could to repair broken things the best they could I asked for the ac to be replaced due to 100 degree weather early August and it was just not working well .. front desk wrote up a slip for maintenance No one ever came during my stay I have camped at Peters pond for 3 yeasts usually 2 weeks at a time unfortunately this most likely is the last. I am a single person guardian of 2 young children I do not want to spend our time cleaning or waste my hard earned money ..

Hi, all campsites have a fire pit on them. They can be active from 6pm- 12am. Our deluxe rental cottages do not have firepits at them but, we do have 2 community firepits to roast marshmallows.
It's really a tight community, there's almost always sites for sale but you have to be onsite to catch them.
Yes. But I would recommend bringing your own ball. The one we checked out from there had to be inflated and was tattered.

It is pricey. Sites with just water & electric start around 5,500, sites wth water,electric and sewer are between 6,000 up to 9,000. Thst does not include extras like cable and internet, insurance, golf cart and car fees Etc

Some trees around but i wouldn't call it woods. Last site i had had trees on two sides but you could see thru them. Nice place going back soon.
