Horribly rude employees. Just because you are located near a college is no excuse for having rude employees. Worst experience ever in any CVS in this country...really sad. Train your people to be nice. I will, literally, never shop there again. Even if I have to travel further. Do better. I mean, look at your review status. 😏 😢

If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently had surgery and can’t walk or move well/fast. I was walking behind an employee, a petite lady with long braids, and she suddenly stoped walking and I bumped into her on accident. I quickly said sorry and she walked away, then doubled back to rudely tell me “say excuse me next time. SAY EXCUSE ME NEXT TIME.” and looked at me like I was a horrible person. I immediately had a panic attack and started sobbing while trying to check out as fast as I could. Before I left I told her my situation (even though I shouldn’t have to). nobody bumps into someone on purpose. it’s the last thing I want right now as I am very disabled due to my surgery. People at this place need to learn to be kind and patient and not horrible to their customers. I’ve never had an experience like this in my life until tonight.

I went I to use the ATM I was only gonna be maybe 3mins and one of the employee who thinks she has so much power I put my bike in a spot out of the way cause I didn't have a lock for it and the area the cvs was in my bick would have be stolen and she told me I can't be there and told me she could care less about my bike getting stolen and she blocked the entrance so I or anyone else could go in and she had all the other employees join in cvs need to evaluate who theylet work there u can't be rude to the customer who is going in to buy thing from the store they work at
