We only stopped here for a quick overnight - but staff were very friendly, and rooms were spotless and well laid out for our family of four. I only gave four stars for location - simply because there seems to be no wifi signal if you go a little too far away from the main building/property. Not an issue if you're simply staying at the hotel and having food delivered - but definitly something to keep in mind if you'd like to explore the area: have your maps downloaded beforehand 😅

We arrived 30 minutes early on Check-in. In order not to let us do it, we were uselessly looking into each other's eyes for 30 minutes (the room was ready, I guess, since no one moved). The room was poor, the cleanliness sufficient, the staff bad. The breakfast was very good.

Excellent location as it is fairly close to the national park gate (Around 12 min by car). The facility is a bit dated, but very clean and sound insulation was decent. Very friendly staff. I have a Tesla and the staff assisted me to locate a parking spot so I can get some charges overnight. The breakfast has good selection but the quality is "you get what you paid for" type of deal. Would recommend this place when visiting Sequoia national park.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Looking in the area and at the price, I wasn't expecting much but the rooms were clean, decently comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were nice as well. The only complaint I had was that the jacuzzi jets didn't work and the pool seemed a little bit dirty.
