My son and I are patients and we love them the are so professional and very quick & friendly, We always feel welcome all the from the from the front staff all the way to picking out our new glasses. I'm so glad we chose them as our new provider. You will definitely be happy they also have a variety of beautiful options for glasses. My son got contact lenses for the 1st time & they were so awesome with him as far helping him learn to put them in & remove them. Thank you all at Royal Vision Center.

Was told twice that frames were available through my insurance. Booked appointments. And when each appointment came up, I suddenly wasn’t eligible through insurance yet. Be accurate and SURE when you book a patient and tell them something. They may be on a fixed income and cant shell out extra money. I got my eyes dilated. For no reason. Why do that, If i cant get my glasses for another THREE MONTHS?? Will not be going back. Ill find somewhere else to go once im eligible for glasses. And you guys werent even polite about it. I was RUDELY told if i cant do the minimum theres “nothing i can do for you”. That, on top of the horrible service. I have sensory disorder and am autistic ..and the dr put in eye drops that burn, and then jokingly asked “oh did i forget to mention these burn?” Extremely insensitive ..and not mindful of those who may be sensitive to such actions.

Yes they do, but with color contact lenses, they don't take state insurance.

It usually takes about a week or so for your glasses to be done. That's what the lady always tells me.
