I started calling around 7:30 a.m. and was told that it was about a 2 hr.. wait. I decided to be patient and go along with it. It was the weekend and a lot of people get sick. Got all the paperwork filled out and waited. I had been told that I would be called and keep my place in line. Around 2:30 I decided to check in and was told they were in the process of call people in. I got the and there were only a few people there, but more kept coming. I was not unhappy with the service just a bit surprised that there was only one doctor to deal with all the people. The staff was quite nice and friendly and I was treated well and received good care from the doctor. I have not been to a care one before and if I happen to get sick again on the weekend, I will go back but will start earlier.

I got turned away because I needed I needed to get a wax ball removed from my ear. How do you turn away medical help and use the excuse of “We don’t offer this service any longer” but the location in Grand Prairie does. Makes no sense!! Call before you go there because they’re lazy and you can get denied service.

EXACTLY!!!!!! This was my exact experience.
The best way to get tested is to sign in online and wait for then to call. This will save a person time in the waiting area. Once they call and you arrive the process is pretty swift.
No. Unless you have insurance. It cost me $160 before they even saw me.
