Lily was extremely rude and absolutely no help at all. She thought she knew everything and when proven wrong, she changed her story. Always had to be right about everything.

Disappointed. Purchased a brand-new iPhone, asked the manager Miguel to swap our Sim card from the old phone to the new one. He refused multiple requests. Miguel, the manager said the tool is in the bag and said it’s not his job to help us UPDATE - Due to Miguel not taking swapping my SIM card and not taking my phone in on Trade, I have spent the past 3 hours on the phone with Verizon trying to repair the damage he did. The corporates office said he was being lazy and I will be submitting a complaint to corporate as well. Not fair to make me do all this work.

I concur with all those switching fro Verizon to another carrier. I also have sympathy for you who are going to attempt it anyway. Complaint: 11 hours of me troubleshooting with Verizon. My experience: 1st level Verizon techs do not speak clear English. Communication, Communication, Communication. I got answers from techs that differed and did not align with the knowledge at the Verizon store. When directed to go to the store for a SIM card the store told me it was not necessary - just log on to your Verizon account and remove lock. Great but my phone did not allow internet access. Finding a computer at AT&T then logged onto my Verizon but my account was locked. That didn’t work. 20 mile to the Verizon store again. Asked for a couple SIM cards. The person got my card in seconds, gave them to me and said, “Verizon just wants to get customers in the store. “ and sarcastically said “Sorry” and walked away. This kind of run around , transfer you to upper level tech that take another hour to answer the phone. Nobody taking responsibility for seeing the customers problem resolved. I told one upper level tech Verizon is spending a serious amount of their techs time $$$$$ The tech said don’t worry Verizon does not pay their employees much. So did I get the problem resolved ? Yes after 2 days solid work. Will I ever recommend Verizon or this store? Not after the way they treated this former 18 year Verizon customer. Good bye for good and I hope that you will take my advice and go somewhere else. Personally the AT&T store in Winsted is customer friendly and Kevin at the AT&t was a great help and resource. I could not have completed this without his cool and calm demeanor. Thank you Kevin!
