Order placed at beginning of July still not here. Told all orders for our team were shipped mid august. It's now Sept 22. Obviously it wasn't shipped mid august. Cannot get a response other than "sorry that's all we can do". Zero customer service. Zero reliability. Zero promptness. I don't understand how they can continue to stay in business. Wouldn't have shopped here if I wasnt forced by the club organization. Worst experience ever. Enough to make me reconsider club options.. so she can play in an actual jersey I paid 200$ for and not just a Tshirt.

Kids are forced to purchase soccer clothes from such horrible organization. Many clothes sizes are not available (shorts of medium size, tshirt of medium size), when you try calling them for size they hung up.. waste of time.
