Lousy service, lousy staff go to work wanting to do nothing or wanting to serve customers. They send them to other emails, are you serious? And they take a long time 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 They need a change of staff but urgent

This was my first time here and my first time delivering mail in general. I let the lady at the front counter, Tanell, know that I’ve never done this before and still had an attitude throughout the whole transaction. Every time I asked a question she replied with “you really never did this before?” Even though I already mentioned that. She showed me a piece of mail as a way to help me fill out everything the right way for my mail then took it away as I was filling it out and told me to move to the table so she can help the next customer. Every time a customer walked in she would let them get in front of me and continue to help them instead of finishing our transaction first then going to the next customers in the order they came. I asked to see the mail that she showed me to help me fill out my mail properly and she refused to show it this time. The directions she gave me were too fast and very unhelpful, I had to ask her numerous times to repeat herself, which is why I just preferred to see the mail again. First and last time coming here for anything, I didn’t deserve this…

I witnessed This postal clerk Sonya blatantly told a customer infront on me to find a different post office because she's not counting the money that the customer was using to purchase a money order. She then stated that debit cards exist. The customer said the card would declined because of her daily limits. Sonya said that is not her problem. The customer begged her to please sell her the money order she said nope , then proceed to call the next customer in line which was me. I said to her that I have cash too she was, she said she will let it slide this one time but for me to use a debit card next time. Very rude and argumentative. Very disappointed.

I filled out a change of address in July and it was processed July 28 and I have yet to receive mail to my new address. Went to East Hartford and they sent me to Hartford which sent me back to East Hartford, run around and none can help. What do I do. Missing important mail and checks.
