I recently used them for a Scissor Lift. This was my third time obtaining one from them. Service has always been great. Unfortunately the lift we received was dirty, which caused dirt to go over the floor. I called the company and informed them of the issues. They were real understanding and provided me with a pretty decent discount. Thanks for answering the calls and listening to me complain. Great customer service.

Didn't buy or rent anything, but staff was friendly and answered all of my "new homeowner" questions. The staff took the time to show me what machine I would need which in turn revealed an impressively large inventory for large machine rental in the back. I haven't done any comparison shopping, but considering what I paid to own a tilling machine through Amazon, their price to rent a machine to do the work I need to do in a fraction of the time are cheaper than buying my current tiller if you don't need delivery. I will be returning here to rent from them in the near future.
