Guy claiming hid name was greg, said he didn't have time to help with what my husband needed. It was only help figuring out what size screw was needed to fit a hole, of an item he had with him. He decided to go elsewhere and asked what the store number was. Got a response of "I don't know, you'll have to figure that out."

I still give it 3 stars even though they didn't have what I needed the gentleman that helped me trying to get what ever they had to make it work he was very helpful even though the store didn't carry what I needed
