Dr Hubert is very rude, didn't listen to any of the symptoms I explained, and got smart with me multiple times. Nurse Rochelle was super nice though. Don't waste your time with Dr Meghan Hubert

The receptionists were awful and have no respect at all. My mom had an appointment and we were late for literally 4 mins. Without asking the doctor if she wants to see my mom, she decided that we are late and have to make an appointment for some other time. We drove 40 mins and had traffics, they should understand for being late for less than 5 mins. We no longer go there and I advise people to change the doctor. Go someone where they treat patients with love and respect.

Dr Arce has been my neurologist for over 10 years. Recently my medication has been on manufacturer back order. When I called his office, there was no sense of urgency to resolve it, find me medication, or transfer my prescription. I have it setup on autofill to avoid exactly this... Have a little professionalism, if your patients can't get their medicine, shouldn't the doctors office make them aware that they may need to prepare? I have a seizure disorder, missing one dose could be very dangerous, so I don't have 6 days to play phone tag with a medical assistant who doesn't even know how to spell my medication. When I ran out on the weekend, I had to make a request to an on call doctor via a call center, the person on the other line had never heard of my medication, I had to spell it out several times, and when my PHARMACY and not my doctor called to confirm my prescription, it was the wrong medicine. Unacceptable, unprofessional, uncaring, unreal.... This place takes no interest in you as a patient and leaves you to be wholly responsible for navigating the extremely complex system they have woven together to receive care. I do not have any complaints regarding the care I've gotten from my doctor, but this office runs so poorly, every time I am there there are more people working than in the waiting room and everything still takes far too long. I am stunned at the pace they have had while my medication has been on backorder to help me get treatment so I'm finding a new practice.
