Just being nice can go a long way. No greeting from employee inside, no hello, he just hid inside until I was at the door. I opened door and got snapped at to "put it on the table." I realized he was talking about the table outside with no sign or direction. No "thank you's were even said,, nothing after that. Extremely rude customer service. Man still hid inside until I was pulling out of drive. I will never donate here again.

Its super easy to drop off gently used items here. The guys working help me unload the heavy items from my truck.

Great DONATION center! People here are very nice. They keep the 6foot distance, and use their mandated mask always. Nice and refreshing to have a place I don’t have to go into. They have a table outside to put all your stuff on. Then they even wait for you to walk away to grab it! I always feel safe coming here.

It is very safe because all donations are placed on the table outside and someone comes to grab. They then ask if you need a tax receipt very well run.
