A water pipe broke in our lower level family room ceiling. It saturated inside the walls and carpeting. We reported claim to our carrier on a Saturday and they assigned an adjuster. He had the ServPro crew here on Tuesday and the drying process was initiated. Stephen oversaw the 2 different crews and now 8 days later dry wall was removed and all the carpet taken up. The team of Franco, Tyler, Josh, Don, and Wesley did amazing work. We have never had this experience before and we’re glad to be connected to this professional team. Bob Wade

I used the Middletown/ New Britain branch and was VERY HAPPY I DID. My wife and I woke up 5am 7/29 to a busted water heater and 4 inches of water in our basement. Sheldon and his guys were fantastic.
