Band was disappointing and it was very crowded but otherwise it was pretty fun

Cancelled a show after two years of postponing, won’t refund our tickets after months of calling and dealing with the manager directly. He says he “doesn’t know how” to issue a refund.

I loved it

I showed up to my concert 8 hours early, but honestly, I received VIP service from the moment I sat on the pavement. These two men who work here (one being Seth) brought us foldable chairs and led us to the shade. They also brought us cold water (twice now) as we sit in the scorching heat, and allowed us to use the bathrooms before the venue even opened. Great service. 10/10 I don’t have all their names but please reference the photo

On the st in a bad neighborhood! Be aware of your surroundings!
Yes you can smoke in the Webster Theater that's one Lit thing I enjoy about the Webster brought a big bag in rolled up and burned down LOL
I don't know if they have specific criteria. It may simply be at the discretion of security. There isn't a large distance from the parking lot to the entrance, so even if a person had to return to the car to put something away, it wouldn't be overly burdensome. They do not allow re-entry, however, so anything you wanted to bring I would initially bring; once you enter the venue, they will not allow you to exit and return on the same ticket.
Masks are required, but when I went they did not ask for proof of vaccination and some people had their masks off during the show.
Buy them before you never know when they will sell out trust me! Lol
You must be 18 on most nights, that said you need a valid state id, or a valid drivers license.
Wow what a weird way to respond lol you sound like a full on creep! "Hang out here" wow lol

Yes but they look through real quick
I've been in line 2hrs before a show
Probably not. You may be able to buy a regular ticket, wait outside and meet up with her inside when the general public is allowed in. There may be a possibility to accompany the child if you speak with the tour manager or whoever the vip handler is...but I wouldn't bet on it. VIP situations are pretty strict, generally speaking. One ticket = one admitee
If you get there early enough there is a lot that you must pay cash for parking otherwise it's on the street. And dont park in any of the apartment complex lots or they will tow you
