We went to this location for a cake that was supposed to be a surprise for my nephew, only to find it completely messy and damaged. There was a layer of ice at the bottom, and it looked like a one-year-old’s smash cake. The party was ruined, and he was so disappointed. We have reached out to them, and they refused to assist us. Such a sad predicament that could have been handled entirely differently. Avoid this location at all costs.

I tried to come in yesterday at 1pm, but the door was locked and there was a really rude note on the door about competent workers Needed. I heard screaming as if someone was being murdered back there. I came in a month ago and the manager that was in was just completely rude to me. Either hire better people or this place is gonna fail. Would put zero stars.

I used to work at Cold Stone so I am well aware that their prices are on the higher side for ice cream. I came to this location with my boyfriend the other day & I am still thinking about how expensive this location was. We got 2 like it size signatures & it was $18.10. I’m not sure if this is location based but I looked on DoorDash for the location I used to work at to compare prices & they were lower even on DoorDash that this location in store. Also the ice cream was very melted so I feel like it didn’t even justify the price
