I brought my bike in for shifting problems after I had a new SRAM Eagle GX groupset installed 3 months ago at a previous shop. It never shifted right and was making all kinds of clunking sounds and the chain would keep jumping off the cassette. I brought it back to them several times and it was never resolved. Bicycle Workshop Pro was recommended to me and I am so grateful to them! Danny was the mechanic who worked on my bike. He was very reassuring and was like, "Don't worry. We're going to take care of your bike and it will be great". I waited to write this until after I had a few rides in and after a dozen and a half rides over the past 10 days, the bike is ah-mazing! The shifting works like a SRAM GX should, smooth and quiet! While they had the bike, I had a them install new Shimano Deore XT brakes and they make the bike more awesome to ride! These guys at Bicycle Workshop are the best. They just want to get people out there riding! I am looking to get a gravel bike and will be buying my next bike from them as well! Thanks Danny and thanks Bicycle Workshop! (Look at that beautiful cable routing job!)
