very impressed with the service and attention, and very grateful too. i had ridden by SB hundreds of times, but never had a reason to drop in. then, a week before IM lake placid, i came down with a sudden need for a technical fix. it was my first visit and they treated me like i had been a customer for years. they diagnosed the issue better than i did and had me back on the road fast.

I had a terrible experience with this store After leaving my bike for more than a week they still needed more time for a full maintenance service- they noted. When I received my bike the brakes felt exactly the same. The bike was not even wiped, there was dirty oil and grease. There was absolutely no work done on my bike, meanwhile they where expecting me to pay for the bike maintenance service where they noted that my brakes need to be bled (change of oil) and new pads on the front. This is terrible customer service, telling me they did the work in the breaks but it felt the same. Save your time and money go two blocks down to the Montacci store where at least they are honest and give you a way better service.
