This location is usually on point! One of THE best Dunkin' locations in Myrtle Beach. Would definitely recommend visiting, and they have a 24 hour drive thru if you're an overnight worker.

The Carolina Forest Dunkin' Donuts Manager, Debbie, needs to keep BOTH drive-thru windows OPEN at all times (the first window is for paying, the second window is for picking up your order). Cars waiting in the drive-thru lines are generally very long and move so slowly that the vehicles are backed up around the building down the parking lot and sometimes out onto the street blocking the entranceway posing dangers. As regular customers, the overwhelming majority of the time only ONE window is open. This is totally unacceptable. I wish more coffee shops with a drive-thru window would open in Carolina Forest to help end this inhumane madness at Dunkin' Donuts.

I am a loyal Dunkin customer, but this Dunkin seems to fail me time after time. I have been and will continue to go out of my way to order from a different location just because this one is so bad. Most employees are trying the best it’s not their fault, they just desperately need better management. At least one thing is always wrong with my order and that is beyond upsetting. I highly recommend anyone to go to any other location if possible. The worst part is the bitter cold brew and iced coffee. This review isn’t based off of one bad experience, it has been consistently horrible.

Dunkin has the best coffee and food but the service is horrible. I work 3rd shift went to grab coffee when I wokeup and the kids were yelling and screaming at each other and were very rude, as if they were doing me a favor by being there. They need alot of customer service training on the night shift for sure. I will just make my coffee at home from now on or go to the one in downtown, better service for sure.
