Very disappointing. The prices were very high and the cakes were not appealing at all. All the hipe is gone and so is the quality of the product.

Not good. Truly disappointing. For years we've been dying to try the crumble cake and we finally got a slice. I am a true lover of crumb cake. I've tried many and this one was not it. The cake was dry and lacking flavor and texture. Maybe it be been sitting there for a few days, idk but that was horrible. Probably the worse I've had. I am never such a rough critic but if i an being honest i have to tell the truth. My husband got a donut he was very disappointed. It was not worth the money or empty calories. Sadly I don't recommend it.

Sadly I have to say I was completely disappointed in the Carlos Bakery Mohegan Sun store, we were completely ignored by the 3 ladies who attended I don't know if because they were Hispanics they didn't want to pay attention to us or if only the white Americans. I also have to say that the dining area is too dirty.

This bakery is really like an open concept and you can see everything from the front counter so they probably do not give tours here. But give them a call and ask.

I was just there. Clearly marked queue lines 6' spaced. You are also distanced from bakers with rope stanchion poles (you can't get right up to display glass), cashier's are blocked with plexiglass, and everyone is masked.
