Really disappointed in the service. Spoke with Veronica in March regarding a special order for early May. Received information right away, and provided a response regarding the order. Followed up days later only to receive zero communication in return. Received one email stating she would be in touch that week and no further communication afterwards to confirm or provide details regarding the order. Went somewhere else. Really disappointing since we wanted to keep our business local to Windsor.
