Horrible customer service from the “kids” working at the Dairy Queen and the Subway as well as the manager running the register at the counter I’m the front. Absolutely unbelievable!!!

Nasty restroom, dirty store. The subway person, lol, I waited like 15 minutes to order, but the person never came out😂. Asked for help couple of times, no answer😂. No cashiers too, you can literally pick something and walk out, because the cashiers are busy chatting outside the main entrance😅😅. Those who are hitting 5 stars are probably the people related to this place and the high ranking reviews are fake for sure. I know it is hard to keep high quality in such area, but please, have your standards higher and teach those around you for culture, cleanliness, politeness, service. Change your surroundings, dear store manager. Otherwise, change yourself, or even replace. Sorry.
