In the spring male goldfish naturally develop little white bumps on their gill plates which you can see with the naked eye. Female goldfish typically (not always) have fatter bodies, because they are holding eggs.

Hello because of bio security we do not bring any koi on to our fish farm. I recommend placing advert on Craigslist.
