Quickest bacon, egg & cheese sandwich I've ever ordered in my life - and that was with a line almost out the door. Friendly staff, quick & efficient order/pay/pickup system, and delicious hot sandwich with soft bagels. Look forward to returning !

Amazing variety of low carb bagels. Just like the real thing. They've become my best friend for sandwiches over the past six months during my weight loss journey. They're all delicious but you have to try the spinach & garlic one. Heavenly.

I don't think they do mail order, but you can call your order in ahead.

Nutritional facts on your low carb bagels? Net carbs after deducting fiber and sugar alcohol?

Forgive me...when I gwt their bagels, it's a treat. I'm not concentrating on specifics, and it's because it's not a concern with me. Ask them, they're really helpful.
