We desperately wanted to try this place although they make it impossible by closing at six during deer season. Shot a deer and attempted to go here but couldn't even get there in time so we went to Billinki's instead.Hi Steven! Our skinning shed is actually open 24/7 year round. We have skinners come morning and night during deer season and each night outside of deer season. We do our best to get the word around unfortunately most websites (such as Google) will only let us put one set of hours in. The ones you are referring to are our meat market and pick-up hours. We will be making a few changes so our skinning shed hours are also easier to find!

Yes, every cut is individually packaged and labeled. They do a great job, really good flavor on the different items.

We did it last year. Got some venison and wild hog. Just asked for "unclaimed meat".
