Had an appointment to EUTHANIZE my dog my best friend of 11+years for 4:45pm today, they AGREED to SET the appointment... they had the nerve to call me at around 1:30 talking about wanting to push it up to 3:00 because they wanted to CLOSE UP around that time. Had it been vaccinations a check up no problem but the lack of sensitivity in regards to the circumstances is unbelievable. Never going back telling absolutely everyone. I'm disgusted.
